2020. THE SUN RISES IN MOLTEN GOLD (contemplation/reclamation)

As part of 2219: Futures Imagined exhibition at ArtScience Museum, Singapore

The Sun rises in molten gold is a group performance that responds to the artworks in 2219: Futures Imagined exhibition at ArtScience Museum Singapore. It explores the spiritual journeys of reincarnated beings in an exchange of relationships, memories, and upholding traditions of communal sensing and belonging, 200 years from now. By grounding the energy into the ethnic minority experience in Singapore, the performers walked into different spaces reverberating poetry, rhythms, and vocals. It is the third rendition of the contemplation/reclamation performance series.
